• Although, we provide a description of most of our cigars on our website, we are always available to discuss your selection and choice in more details.

OUR SERVICE

• Ordering: Upon placing your order with us you will receive an e-mail response acknowledging receipt of the order.

• If for any reason this has not occurred you should contact us without delay.

• Delivery: Our deadline for delivery of your ordered goods is 5 working days. This applies to orders both within and outside the UK.

• For our regular customers we set convenient delivery dates for the shipment of their selected goods.

• Sales back up: Once you have received your order, we will contact you to ensure that the items have been received in good order and are to your complete satisfaction.

• Refunds and Returns:All goods are inspected prior to shipment and fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

• If you receive goods which do not meet your expectations from descriptions given on the website, then you will be entitled to a full refund of your money so long as they are returned to us within two weeks of receipt.

• If you receive goods which are in any way damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours so that the damaged item can either be replaced or refunded in full, what -ever you prefer.

• If you have a change of mind with respect to any item you have purchased from us, you can return it to us within two weeks of delivery and receive a credit note on the full amount paid.

• Any items lost or damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded immediately. Please note that none of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
