Some deviations are possible (but not likely) due to moisture and packaging.
·Availability:Generally all cigars on display are available, but some items can be in limited supply. If, the item you have ordered is not available, we will advise you immediately and offer an alternative. Most of the accessories are in stock but some we have to order from the manufactoring companies, please allow extra 2-3 days for delivery.
·Conditions of Delivery:Due to the local regulations on cigars import in certain countries, we would like to discuss the conditions of delivery prior to the dispatch of goods to some countries.
All goods are delivered within 24 hours of receipt of order in main land UK.
All orders outside UK are shipped within 24 hrs and delivered within 3-10 days.
We will advise if any delay can be expected. Royal Mail dispatches overseas orders.
All International AirMail and Roayl Mail Special deliveries can be fully insured, please do not sign for delivery before you checked condition of delivered goods.
On request, we can deliver your order by DHL or similar. Any extra costs will be agreed with you prior to shipping.

We will arrange an immediate refund or replacement, including the cost of return postage.
