TERMS & CONDITIONS

All our goods are sold on FIRM SALE and are not returnable.  

We reserve the right to alter any Price or Specification at any time 

without notice and all goods are sold subject to Prices and Conditions 

ruling at time of delivery.

• VAT

Value Added Tax will be charged on all goods at the current rate on the

date of invoice.

• PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS

Strictly Nett 30 day account.
We reserve the right to charge interest on all accounts not settled within

30 days of invoice date.

• MINIMUM ORDER

Orders for less than £125 in value excluding VAT cannot be accepted.

• CLAIMS

For Non Delivery:  If goods have not been received within TEN days from the

date of invoice, WRITTEN notification must be made to us.
For Pilferage or Damage:  No claim for pilferage or damage can be entertained 

unless WRITTEN notification is given to us within three days of receipt of goods.

• PROOF OF DELIVERY

When proof of delivery is requested by the customer and such proof is obtained, 

any charge made by the carrier(s) concerned will be passed on to the customer.

• ARTICLE NUMBERING

Barcodes may, at our discretion, be printed on our goods but we will not be liable 

for any loss, damage or expense occasioned by the absence of bar codes or any defect 

in bar codes that are printed.
